APPLICATION:
-Apply Shadow Ink as desired (directly on the design, or on a palette and moisten the brush) and blend the marble ink to give it the desired shape.
-Finish with Top Coat Non Wipe by Jimena Nails® for durability.
LAMP DRYING IS NOT NECESSARY
